Note: "Old Rappahannock Record Will and Deed Book 9," 1696-99, page 337. Will of Cornelius Noell dated Jan. 10, 1698-9, proved June 20, 1699, wife Elizabeth to son James, land called "New Holland" , dau. Eliz. Noell (who is under age) son DANIEL NOELL (our line); dau. Mary Clutson, Dau. Margaret Connellie, sons Cornelius and James Noell (who are both under age.)

He was granted land 281 1/2 acres on the south side of Rappahannock River between two branches of a Creek. 21 Apr 1657.
He was granted land 600 acres on the south side of Rappahannock River and adjoineth to the land of H. Powell. 20 Feb. 1662.
He was granted land 3075 acres in Rappahannock County, on the south side the river. Adjoining the land of Peter Cornchill, Thomas Lucas and Robert Pine. 3 Apr 1667 in Old Rappahannock County, Virginia.
He was granted land 783 acres in Rappahannock County on the south side the river, in freshes about 2 poles from the road, being the eastermost corner of a tract of land formerly taken up by Will Hodgson. 3 Apr 1667 in Old Rappahannock County, Virginia.
He was granted land 600 acres on the south 290 acres adjoining land of Francis Sowerby, Nicholas Merrywether, and Daniel Regan. 20 Oct. 1688 in Surry County.

In the name of God Amen I Thomas Page being very sich in body but of perfect memory glory be to God do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
Imprimis: I do give into Richard West eldest daughter Elizabeth West one cow with her increase being called Starr.
Item - I do give unto my grandchild Samuell Allen my plantation of land belonging to it which I formerly lived upon to him and his heirs forever.
Item - I do give unto my son (in-law ?) Valentine Allen two hundred acres of land where he now lives to him and his heirs forever.
Item - I do give unto William Hodges {Hodgson ?} children three hundred acres of land being part of a devident where my son Allen now lives to be equally devided between them and their heirs forever.
Item - All the rest of my estate my debts being paid I do give unto my daughter Mary Allen for ever.
Item - I doe make my daughter Mary Allen my Sole Executrix.
As Witness my hand and Seale this 10th day of March 1676.
